Abstract: Cultural cooperation is based on shared values of coexistence and development, with civilizational exchange and mutual learning at its core, and encompasses dynamic and comprehensive collaboration across cultural affairs, cultural industries, and cultural strategies. China-Arab states cultural cooperation contains both international exchanges and cooperation between excellent traditional Chinese and Arab cultures, which reflect the long-standing traditional friendship between the two sides, as well as exchanges and cooperation in modern culture, including science and technology culture, and advanced ideological culture, all of which are oriented toward the future. China-Arab states cultural cooperation serves as cultural bonds linking the two sides, continuously promoting deeper international understanding and more coordinated development strategies, thereby contributing to the construction of a China-Arab Community with a Shared Future. China-Arab states cultural cooperation fully embodies the contemporary ideals and practical applications of cultural internationalism, representing the critique and breakthrough against Western cultural centrism. Through the infrastructure construction safeguarding the jointly BRI cooperation, and through in-depth exchanges and consensus-building, China-Arab states cultural cooperation, guided by the principles of equality, mutual learning, dialogue, and inclusiveness, contributes both side' wisdom and capability to upholding civilizational coexistence, maintaining regional unity towards a more fair and just international cultural order.
