Speaker Biography: Yahia Zoubir is professor of international relations and international management, and the director of research in Geopolitics at KEDGE Business School, France. His research interests are Security in the Mediterranean, Security in the Sahara Sahel, Peace and Security in Africa, and Foreign policies of the United States, China, and Russia.
