Abstract: President Xi Jinping's visit to Riyadh to attend the Three Rings Summit and pay a state visit to Saudi Arabia is the largest and highest-ranking diplomatic action by China to the Arab world since the founding of New China, and is a milestone of great significance. Saudi Arabia's initiative and hosting of the summit demonstrates its Look East diplomatic thinking and new foreign economic strategy. China and Saudi Arabia are natural partners in building One Belt, One Road. Under the leadership of the Head of State's diplomacy, the One Belt, One Road initiative has achieved a historic docking with Saudi Arabia's national transformation process aiming at economic diversification, which has boosted bilateral relations and strategic cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia into the fast lane. The implementation plan for building a comprehensive strategic partnership and dovetailing development strategies between China and Saudi Arabia reached at the summit provides an action guide for China and Saudi Arabia to build One Belt, One Road with high quality, and opens up broad prospects for both sides to strengthen strategic synergy and practical cooperation.
