Abstract: Anti-epidemic cooperation between China and Middle Eastern countries is an important part of building a community of destiny between China and the Middle East. China's anti-epidemic cooperation in the Middle East is carried out through high-level leadership, material assistance and result sharing, and is characterized by top-level design, the primacy of life, plurality of participating actors and adherence to multilateralism, which enriches the practice of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. China's cooperation in the Middle East against epidemics is driven by China's need to demonstrate its responsibility as a great power and safeguard its interests in the Middle East, as well as by its active participation in regional governance. It not only meets the demands of Middle Eastern countries for China's participation in governance in the region, but also highlights China's image as a responsible great power, thus building a firm partnership network with Middle Eastern countries and promoting the building of a health community and community of destiny between China and Middle Eastern countries. At present, China's Middle East anti-epidemic cooperation is negatively affected by the strategic competition between China and the United States, the politicization of anti-epidemic cooperation, and the U.S.-led vaccine alliance, but there is still much room for development in China's Middle East diplomatic practice.
