Abstract: The international system is an important guarantee for the solid advancement of the construction of the Belt and Road. Improving the institutional construction of the Belt and Road and realizing the innovation of the Belt and Road system can help reduce the resistance faced during the construction of the Belt and Road on the one hand, and promote the improvement of the global governance mechanism on the other hand. On the one hand, improving the institutional construction of the Belt and Road and realizing the innovation of the Belt and Road system will help reduce the resistance faced during the construction of the Belt and Road, and on the other hand, it can promote the improvement of the global governance mechanism. China and the countries jointly constructing the Belt and Road will cooperate fully to promote innovation in the concept, mode, path and subject of the international system, realize linked development, and jointly deal with new problems and challenges arising from cooperation, so as to share the fruits of economic globalization. The innovation of the international system of Belt and Road is a positive exploration of a new type of international cooperation and an innovation of the international governance model and international system. Through the practice of the international system and the benign interaction of international actors, the countries concerned should better build a community of interests, responsibility and destiny, and realize the common prosperity of all mankind.
